Interim Management – Temporary recruitment status

MPI executive has chosen the status of a temporary recruitment agency so that it can expand within a stable legal framework, in tune with the corporate legislation in force, and provide legal stability for our clients and interim managers.

MPI executive thus employs the interim manager whose services are used by the client company. As such, it is MPI executive that draws up a payslip and pays the manager each month.

The client company simply receives a monthly bill based on the number of days that the manager has worked.

The advantages of temporary staffing

For our clients:
  • MPI executive handles the legal and administrative formalities related to staff management
  • As the manager is not considered as the company’s permanent staff, their salary does not affect the company’s payroll

For our managers:
  • Social security
  • Insurance
  • Compensation at the end of the mission that is 10% of the total gross pay
